Chesterton Smart Surveyors are a professionally qualified independent surveying practice based to the north of Leicester.

Past commercial construction projects we have been involved with include,  large scale office refurbishment, school buildings, conversion and refurbishment of adult care facilities, new sports pavilions, park cafes, and community halls.  Project values range anywhere between £25,000 to £2M.  Project Management Services for residential extensions, new build, conversion and refurbishment are also undertaken on a regular basis.  

We provide archtectural design using CAD and obtain planning and building regulation approvals and any other statutory approvals required. We write detailed building specifications and contracts for clients using industry standard JCT contract software. We efficiently manage both pre and post tender process through to appointement of the Principal Contractor, the onsite execution phase, practical completion and close out.

Surveying services we also provide in the residential and commercial sectors include Residential Property Inspections and Valuations, Commercial Building Surveys and Condition Reports.
